DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your service.
By paying the deposit you agree to the following terms:

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or changes made by the client

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited, if you have booked online and paid a deposit and no show to your appointment full payment will be taken from your saved card

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received ​
This policy ensures that appointment times are respected and allows us to manage our schedule fairly to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
Patch Tests
For the safety and wellbeing of all clients, a patch test is required at least 48 hours notice before any color service.
By booking a color service you agree to the following terms:

A patch test must be completed before your service if you are a new client that hasn't had color before or its been 6 months or longer since you have had last had a color

You have had any changed to your health, mediation or allergies

Failure to attend your patch test will result in your appointment being canceled and you will still be charged

Patch tests are essential for identifying potential allergic reactions and are carried out for your safety

Refusal to complete a patch test means we cannot proceed with the color service under any circumstances ​
